The walled market town of Taroudant and the palm oasis of Tiout, at the foot of the Anti-Atlas.
Taroudant is often called a small Marrakech: red walls, busy souks and no crowds. Nearby, the oasis of Tiout spreads its palm trees below an old kasbah.
An authentic day away from the beach hotels. Taroudant is a real Moroccan town, where daily life goes on in the souks, and Tiout shows you the traditional life of an oasis.
The distances are short and the day is relaxed, perfect for families.

Part1
Morning · Taroudant
The ramparts, the souks and the craft market of Taroudant.
Less than two hours from Agadir, Taroudant is surrounded by some of the best-preserved earthen ramparts in Morocco. You walk through its two souks, full of jewellery, spices and leather, with far fewer visitors than in Marrakech.
Part2
Midday · Tiout
The palm oasis and the kasbah of Tiout, with lunch.
The oasis of Tiout spreads its palm grove at the foot of the Anti-Atlas, below an old kasbah with a beautiful view. You can walk among the gardens, ride a mule or a camel and have lunch in a traditional house.
Part3
Afternoon · Back to Agadir
Return through the Souss valley.
We return through the Souss valley, among argan trees and orange groves, arriving in Agadir in the late afternoon.
